“The Soule House was the absolute perfect place to have our wedding! The property itself is so gorgeous, between the land and the barn and the beautiful house, there is no shortage of wedding magic. On top of that, Lindsay and the Soule House team were an incredible help both leading up to the event and on the day of. We were even surprised with an on-site coordinator that Lindsay had recently hired, who, looking back now, I can't imagine not having to assist with a million little things that weekend. The whole team was very responsive, professional, and so down to earth and welcoming. We must have mentioned a million times to them and between ourselves how grateful we were to be working with such sweet people, who made us feel like family and not just a transaction that was pending processing. Not to mention the price point of the venue was nearly impossible to beat, especially considering all that was included (tables, chairs, decorations, full access to the house, etc.). I would HIGHLY recommend the Soule House to anyone looking for a beautiful, cozy, vintage/rustic ambiance for their special day!”

No, we do not have our liquor license. You are required to hire a licensed and insured bartender/ caterer to serve alcohol at the event.
We can accommodate events of up to 100 people max. Events must end by 10:30 p.m.
Yes, we have a beautiful black iron arbor that you may use in the location of your choice. No extra fee but outdoor chairs are not provided.
The house can comfortably sleep 10 guests. A light grab n’ go style breakfast is also included with the full package on Saturday morning to houseguests only.
